食药兼用水飞蓟新品种北蓟1号
摘要:水飞蓟既是保肝护肝的中药又是优质的食用油原料。对新品种北蓟1号的选育过程、特征特性、产量及其栽培技术进行介绍,为水飞蓟的种植提供参考,促进水飞蓟产业的发展。

水飞蓟(Silybum marianum L.)主要产品是种皮中的水飞蓟素,具有保肝护肝、抗癌、抗炎、免疫调节、神经保护和产乳等作用[1-4],其种子中油脂成分在28%左右,油脂中油酸、亚油酸等不饱和脂肪酸含量高达80%以上,具有很高的营养价值[5-7]。(剩余4106字)
