The current status and challenges of laser in the treatment of bladder tumors

ABSTRACT：Bladder urothelialcarcinoma isone of thecommon malignant tumors of the urinarysystem.The traditional treatment is transurethralresectionofbladder tumor（TURBT），which is mainlyusedfor non-muscle invasive bladdercancer. However，this surgical procedurehasproblems such as fragmentedspecimens，inaccurate staging，andhighincidenceof complications.With the development of surgicaltechniques and equipment，en blocresection of bladder tumor（ERBT）is graduallyreplacing traditionalTURBTthanks toadvantagesof minimal trauma，fewercomplications，nd soon.ERBTbasedon variou typesof lasers providesclinicians with multiplechoices，suchas neodymium laser，holmium laser，thulium lasr，blue laser，anddiodelaser.However，lasers havediferentadvantagesaswellaslimitations.Thispaperexplores thecurrent applicationof various lasers in ERBT，andanalyzesthechalengesandplans in handling largevolume bladdertumorsand collecting specimens，so as to provide reference for clinical urologists.

摘要：膀胱尿路上皮癌是泌尿系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一，传统的治疗方法经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术（TURBT）主要用于非肌层浸润性膀胱癌，但该术式存在标本碎片化、分期不准确、并发症发生率高等问题。（剩余13814字）
