ABSTRACTObjectiveTo systematically analyze the research hotspots trends AIin ultrasound medicine over the pastdecadebyCiteSpacevisualizationstware.MethodsLiteraturerelatedtoAI inultrasoundmedicinepublished between2014O24wasretrievedfromtheCNKI,Wanfang,PubMed,Webdatabases.CiteSpacevisualization stware wasusedtovisualizequantitativelyanalyze the graphspublicationvolume,authors,nstitutions,countries,nd keywords.ResultsAtotal308l articles were included,comprising 1418Chinese1663non-Chinese publications.Over the pastdecade,the numberpublications regardingAIinultrasound medicineshowedanoverallicreasing trend,withrapid growth after 2018,indicatingaphase acelerateddevelopment maturation.Thecolaborationnetwork densitiesamong authorswereO.OO6forChineseliteratureO.Oo3fornon-Chineseliterature,whiletheinstitutionalcolaborationnetwork densities wereOO29O.79,respectively,eflectinginsuffientcollborationamongauthorsinstitutions.Aalis institutionsrevealedaconcentrationinhighereducation institutions.ThetopfivecountriesbypublicationvolumnwereChina (694articles),the USA(396articles),South Korea(75articles),Canada(74articles), India(53articles).Although internationalcollaborationamongtheissuingcountriesexisted,thecollaborationnetwork densitywasO.O141,indicatinga relativelylowdegreecooperation.KeywordanalysisindicatedthatsimilaritiesinpopulartopicsbetwenChinese non-Chiese literature,focusingondeeplearning,imagesegmentation,breastcancer,convolutionalneuralnetworkmage clasification, thyroidnodules.ConclusionSignificant progresshas been madeinAIresearch inultrasound medicineover the pastdecade.Research hotspotsprimarilyincludedeeplearning,imagesegmentationintellgent-assistedidentification diagnosis.Future trends are expected to focus on AI models based on contrast-enhanced ultrasonography.
