不同施氮量对高粱生长·生物量和蜀黍氰苷积累的影响

摘要以辽糯11高粱为供试材料,研究了5个不同施氮水平对其生长发育、生物量及蜀黍氰苷积累的影响。结果表明,不同施氮水平对株高的影响不显著,随着施氮量的增加,高粱的茎粗、叶长、叶宽及鲜质量、干质量等表现为先增大后稳定,根、茎、叶等部位中的蜀黍氰苷含量随着施氮量的增加先增加后降低。

AbstractLiaonuo 11 sorghum was used as experimental material to study the effects of 5 different nitrogen application levels on its growth, biomass and cyanoside accumulation. The results showed that different nitrogen application levels had no significant effect on plant height. With the increase of nitrogen application rate, the stem diameter, leaf length, leaf width, fresh weight and dry weight of sorghum increased first and then stabilized. The content of zea cyanoside in roots, stems and leaves also increased first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate.
