动物医学制药专业中蛋白纯化教学改革探索

摘要 生物制品的质量关系到人类和动物的健康,而蛋白纯化是生物制品的质量保证,因此通过课堂教学、实验操作和考核方式,学生掌握蛋白纯化的基本策略和方法,其目的让学生做到学以致用,为研发单位和企业培养一批应用型人才。

Abstract The quality of biological products is related to human and animal health, and protein purification is the quality guarantee of biological products.Therefore, students can master the basic strategies and methods of protein purification  through classroom teaching, experimental operations and assessment methods, the purpose of which is to enable students to apply what they have learned and cultivate a batch of application-oriented talents for research and development units and enterprises.
