产教融合视域下高职食品生物技术专业教学团队建设探索

摘要 介绍了高职教师专业教学团队建设的意义,分析了高职教师专业教学团队建设的现状,并以食品生物技术专业为例,探讨了高职教师专业教学团队的构建思路和路径,期望通过教师专业教学团队建设,不断提升我国高职院校的综合竞争力,为世界职业教育贡献中国智慧和中国方案。

Abstract This paper introduced the significance of professional teaching team construction of higher vocational teachers, analyzed the current situation of professional teaching team construction of higher vocational teachers, and discussed the ideas and paths of building a professional teaching team of higher vocational teachers by taking food biotechnology as an example, so as to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of China’s higher vocational colleges and contribute Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions to the world’s vocational education through the professional teaching team construction of teachers.
