摘 要：基于新农科背景和服务地方经济宗旨，提出以“教、研、赛、创”四位一体化为主线的人才培养方案设置构想并进行实践，通过创新课堂方式、革新考核体系、建立学科竞赛新机制等措施，达到培养服务“三农”新人才目标。

The Talent Training Mode and Practice of “Teaching， Research， Competition and Innovation” in Landscape Architecture Major under the Background of New Agriculture Science

Abstract： Based on the background of new agricultural science and the purpose of serving local economy， this paper putted forward the idea and practice of talent training program setting with “teaching， research， competition and innovation” as the main line， and achieved the goal of training talent for serving agriculture， rural areas and farmers by innovating classroom methods， innovating the assessment system and establishing a new mechanism of discipline competition.
