流化床气化水洗塔系统改造方案研究

摘 要：针对加压流化床常温水洗塔塔盘堵塞的问题，进行技术改造。设计了预洗塔系统，预洗塔包含液下气体分布器、塔顶气液旋风除尘器以及人字挡板。这种结构不仅能抗焦粉堵塞，而且气液接触效率高，起到降温除尘的作用。

Study on the Revamping Scheme of the Washing Tower System in Fluidized Bed Gasification

Abstract：Technical revamping is carried out against the problem of tray clogging in pressurized fluidized bed washing tower at room temperature. A pre-washing tower system is designed， which includes a gas distributor under the liquid， a gas-liquid cyclone de-duster on top of the tower and a herringbone-shaped baffle. This structure can not only resist the blocking of coke powder， but also has high gas-liquid contact efficiency and thus it plays the role of proper cooling and dust removal.
