【Abstract】With theaccelerationof the global energy transition，hydrogen asacleanand eficient secondaryenergy source，isgainingprominenceintheenergysystem.However，theflammableandexplosivenatureofhydrogen，andthease of leakageanddifusionmakehydrogensafetyanimportant link thatcannotbeignored inthedevelopmentof hydrogen industry.Throughin-depthanalysisof thesafetyriskfactorsinvolvedinthewholeindustrialchain，including：production， storage，transportation，refueling，fuelcellvehicles，aswellassummarizingthecurentsituationoftheconstructionof the standardsystemand theresearchof thesafety technologyof majorforeigncountries，thispaperfinallyput forward proposals formeasures tostrengthen thesafetysupervision，technologyresearchanddevelopment，educationandtraining，inorderto promote the healthy and sustainable development of the hydrogen industry.
