遵义市辣椒产业发展研究

摘  要：为进一步发展遵义市辣椒产业，文章详细阐述遵义市辣椒产业发展现状，综合分析遵义市辣椒产业目前存在的品种退化、基础建设薄弱、科研力度不够、品牌效应不够、产品附加值较低和资金投入不足等问题，并针对问题提出相应对策。

Abstract： In order to further develop the pepper industry in Zunyi， this paper expounds the current situation of the pepper industry in Zunyi， and comprehensively analyzes the existing problems of pepper industry in Zunyi， such as variety degradation， weak infrastructure， insufficient scientific research， insufficient brand effect， low added value of products， lack of capital investment and so on， and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
