景电灌区中农业节水灌溉的问题与对策分析

摘  要：文章对景电灌区近年来的用水情况进行全面的介绍，并针对性地通过工程管理和用水管理等提高景电灌区的农业灌溉效率，并找到景电灌区节水灌溉中尚存在的诸多问题。文章在分析以上问题之后，针对性地提出农业节水灌溉的相关对策，保证灌区真正实现节水灌溉。

Abstract： The article gives a comprehensive introduction to the situation of water use in Jingdian Irrigation District in recent years， and aims to improve the agricultural irrigation efficiency of Jingdian Irrigation District through project management and water management， and finds many problems in water-saving irrigation in Jingdian Irrigation District.  Through analyzing the above problems， this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures of agricultural water-saving irrigation， ensure that the tank farm truly realizes water-saving irrigation.

1 景电灌区的基本情况介绍

景电灌区为甘肃省景泰川电力提水灌区，灌区主要包含三个时期的工程，其中三期工程又同时进行民勤调水，景电灌区设计的水量约为30 m3/s，设计浇灌面积约6.5万hm2，具体位于腾格里沙漠以南、黄河以西区域，地跨内蒙古和甘肃2个省份，并包括景泰、古浪、民勤和阿拉善左旗等地区，极大地缓解了石羊河流域水资源紧缺的局面，有效阻止了腾格里沙漠和巴丹吉林沙漠的合拢，有力促进了灌区农业增效、农民增收和生态改善。（剩余4565字）
