贺兰山东麓有机酿酒葡萄产业发展现状、存在问题及建议
摘 要:贺兰山东麓具有生产有机酿酒葡萄得天独厚的土壤、气候、光热等资源,发展高质量葡萄酒产业前景广阔。基于此,分析了贺兰山东麓有机酿酒葡萄产业发展现状及存在的问题,同时提出了推动产业发展的对策及建议。

Current Situation, Existing Problems and Suggestions for Development of Organic Wine Grape Industry at Eastern Foot of Helan Mountain

Abstract The eastern foot of Helan Mountain has unique soil, climate, light and heat resources for the production of organic wine grapes, and the development of high-quality wine industry has broad prospects. Based on this, the development status and existing problems of the organic wine grape industry at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain are analyzed, and the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the industry development are put forward.

有机葡萄酒是按照有机农业的生产标准,并获得“有机葡萄酿造”认证商标的葡萄酒,特指使用有机肥料栽培的,不用化学合成的农药进行病虫害防治的葡萄原料的生产[1],并在葡萄酒酿制过程中,特别注重纯天然酵母的使用、过滤和澄清方法,以及二氧化硫的使用,从而提高葡萄酒的品质[2]。(剩余6549字)
