石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫塔结垢分析

摘要:某热电厂脱硫塔浆液槽结垢严重,分析和检测运行数据、脱硫浆液及结垢物发现,该脱硫塔的结垢物中F和P含量异常,为脱硫塔结垢的主要因素,通过控制浆液中的F和P含量,能够明显减少脱硫塔结垢。

Analysis of Scaling in Limestone-Gypsum Wet Desulfurization Tower

Abstract: The desulfurization tower slurry tank of a certain thermal power plant has serious scaling. Analysis and detection of operating data, desulfurization slurry and scaling materials found that the F and P content in the scaling materials in the desulfurization tower is abnormal, which is the main factor of scaling in the desulfurization tower. By controlling the F and P content in the slurry, the scaling problem in the desulfurization tower can be significantly improved.

包头市某热电厂的空冷发电机组脱硫系统采用石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺,借助高效旋汇耦合技术、高效喷淋技术与高效除尘除雾技术相结合的单塔一体化脱硫除尘净化技术,达到超低排放标准。(剩余3926字)
