循环流化床锅炉深度调峰能力验证分析

摘要:本文以某300 MW循环流化床锅炉为例,对机组深度调峰能力进行验证。试验结果表明,在30%额定功率(90 MW)的最小机组出力工况下,锅炉燃烧稳定,锅炉经济性能够满足要求。锅炉排放的烟气能够满足环境保护要求,该循环流化床锅炉机组具备30%额定功率(90 MW)的深度调峰能力。

Analysis on Verification of Deep Peaking Capacity of circulating fluidized bed boilers

Abstract: Taking a 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler as an example, this paper verifies the deep peaking capability of the unit. The test results show that under the minimum unit output condition of 30% rated power (90 MW), the boiler combustion is stable and the boiler economy can meet the requirements. The flue gas emitted by the boiler can meet environmental protection requirements, and the circulating fluidized bed boiler unit has a deep peaking capacity of 30% rated power (90 MW).

循环流化床锅炉热容大,对劣质燃料的适应性强,低负荷稳燃性能好[1],但热容大的特性会引起负荷调整惰性大的问题[2-3]。(剩余3825字)
