土壤环境影响评价研究
——以萍乡市某焦化厂为例

摘要:近年来,我国持续发布土壤污染防治法律法规和政策,环境保护制度日益完善,土壤环境保护标准体系逐渐健全,使得建设项目土壤环境影响评价更加科学和规范。本文以萍乡市某焦化厂为例,结合场地土壤环境质量现状,开展土壤环境影响评价,预测项目施工期与运营期对土壤环境的影响,并提出切实可行的环境保护措施。

Abstract: In recent years, China has continuously issued laws, regulations and policies on soil pollution prevention and control, the environmental protection system has been increasingly improved, and the soil environmental protection standard system has been gradually improved, making the soil environmental impact assessment of construction projects more scientific and normative. This paper takes a coking plant in Pingxiang City as an example, carries out soil environmental impact assessment based on the current situation of soil environmental quality on the site, predicts the impact of the project construction and operation period on the soil environment, and puts forward practical environmental protection measures.
