摘 要：通过对混料滚筒倒料现象的分析以及解决问题措施存在的问题，提出安装C型刮板机解决混料滚筒倒料问题，满足了环保提升和降本增效的同时，降低了职工劳动强度到达了改造目的。

Abstract：Through the analysis of the phenomenon of mixing drum dumping and the existing problems of solving the problem measures， it is proposed to install a C-type scraper to solve the problem of mixing drum dumping， which meets the environmental protection and cost reduction and efficiency increase， and reduces the labor intensity of employees to achieve the purpose of transformation.
