细胞自噬在肝衰竭中的研究进展

[摘   要]   肝衰竭是临床中常见的严重肝病症候群，其病情进展迅速，临床预后差，病死率极高。近年来，细胞自噬在肝衰竭中所起的作用备受关注。研究肝衰竭中细胞自噬所起的作用，对预防和治疗肝衰竭具有重要意义。本文就细胞自噬在肝衰竭中的研究进展作一综述。

[Abstract]   Liver failure is a common clinical severe liver disease syndrome with rapid progression， poor prognosis and high mortality. In recent years， autophagy plays an important role in liver failure. To study the role of autophagy in liver failure is of great significance to prevent and treat liver failure. This article reviews the progress of autophagy in liver failure.
