全腔镜技术在心脏外科手术中的应用进展

【摘要】微创心脏手术是现今心脏外科发展的主流，全胸腔镜心脏手术技术是其重要发展趋势。全腔镜下心脏手术的安全性及疗效在临床实践中已得到充分验证。近年来，其适应证正在不断扩大。与开胸手术及其他微创术式比较存在众多优点。现就全腔镜技术在当前心脏外科领域的应用做一简要总结并对其日后发展做出展望。

【Abstract】Minimally invasive cardiac surgery is the mainstream of cardiac surgery development nowadays，and totally thoracoscopic cardiac surgery technique is its key development direction. The safety and efficacy of totally thoracoscopic cardiac surgery have been fully verified in clinical practice. In recent years，its indications are being expanded. Ithas numerous advantages comparedto sternotomy and other minimally invasive techniques. Now，the application of totally thoracoscopic techniques in the field of cardiac surgery is reviewed and an outlook on its future development are presented.
