肾积水与高血压的研究进展

【摘要】肾积水是继发性高血压的原因之一。目前对肾积水所致高血压的机制了解甚少，现主要通过对肾积水所致高血压发病机制展开描述，建议肾积水血压升高应作为手术治疗的指征。

【Abstract】Hydronephrosis is one of the causes of secondary hypertension.Little is known about the mechanism of hypertension caused by hydronephrosis.This article mainly describes the pathogenesis of hypertension caused by hydronephrosis，and suggests that the increase of blood pressure during hydronephrosis should be the indication of surgical treatment.
