急诊科医护人员安宁疗护培训的研究进展

摘要：介绍目前国内外急诊科医护人员安宁疗护培训的相关研究，重点对培训内容、培训方法及评价形式进行总结，提出对中国急诊科医护人员开展安宁疗护培训的启示，为构建本土化的急诊科安宁疗护培训课程提供参考。

Advances on hospice care training for medical workers of emergency department

Abstract： This paper introduces the relevant research developments on hospice training for emergency medical workers both domestically and internationally， focusing on the summary of the training content， training methods and evaluation forms， puts for forward some suggestions for conducting hospice training for medical workers on  emergency department in China， and provides reference for the construction of training courses for localized emergency department in medical workers on hospice.

安宁疗护是为疾病终末期患者在临终前通过控制不适症状，提供身体、心理、精神等方面的照护和人文关怀等服务，帮助患者舒适、尊严离世［1］。（剩余11659字）
