摘要 基于中医“玄府-络脉”动态演变理论，结合现代医学分期标准，针对脑卒中后认知障碍提出“急性期通腑开玄、恢复期化痰通络、后遗症期补髓养玄”的分期干预策略；并探讨虫类风药在3期中的作用；构建了“通玄-通络-养玄”3期递进模式，将中医整体观念与现代医学分期治疗理念结合，以期为中西医协同干预脑卒中后认知障碍提供理论依据。（剩余8498字）
