AbstractObjective：ToobservetheefectsofRadixRehmaniaeonthebloodroutinetestindicatorsandhemorheologyofratmodels withblooddeficiencysyndromeandbloodstasissyndrome.Methods：FortymaleSprague-Dawley（SD）ratswererandomlydividedinto theblank group，theblooddefciencymodelgroup，thebloodstasismodelgroup，theblooddeficiencywithRadixRehmanniaegroupand thebloodstasiswithRadixRehmanniaegroup，with8ratsineachgroup.Theblooddeficiencymodelgroupwasestablishedby subcutaneousinjectionofacetylydrazine，thebldstasismodelgroupwasestabishedbysubutaneousinjectionofepinephinandce water bath，and the Radix Rehmanniae group was gavaged with 3g/κg of Radix Rehmanniae for 14 consecutive days.At the 14th day， bloodwascolletedfromtheabdomialaorta2oursaferthelastadministrationechangesofsymptomsandsigns，blodroutinetest indicators，emorheologytisolOR），erumfreethyidmoneanddreocortiotropicormoneinachoupofatswere analyzedandcompared.Results：Comparedwiththeblooddefciencymodelgroup，theblooddeficiencyRadix Rehmaniaegroup showed body mass index increased，mean corpuscular volume（MCV） decreased P<0.05 ）.Compared with the blood stasis model group， whitebloodcut）dodu）mgb）atocritnateletouni Radix Rehmanniae group increased（ P<0.05） ，theredbloodcelldeformabilityindexdecreased（ P<0.05 .Comparedwith theblood deficiencymodelgroupandthebloodstasis modelgroup，CORintheblooddefiencyRadixRehmaniaegroupandthebloodstasis Radix Rehmanniae group increased（ P<0.05 .Conclusion：Radix Rehmanniae played different roles in blood deficiency syndrome，cold congealigandbloodstasissyndrome.RadixRehmanniaepromotedhematopoiesisinblooddeficiencysyndrome，coldcongealingand blood stasis syndrome，and promoted coagulation in cold congealing and blood stasis syndrome.
