生地黄对血虚证、血瘀证模型大鼠血常规、血液流变学的影响

AbstractObjective:ToobservetheefectsofRadixRehmaniaeonthebloodroutinetestindicatorsandhemorheologyofratmodels withblooddeficiencysyndromeandbloodstasissyndrome.Methods:FortymaleSprague-Dawley(SD)ratswererandomlydividedinto theblank group,theblooddefciencymodelgroup,thebloodstasismodelgroup,theblooddeficiencywithRadixRehmanniaegroupand thebloodstasiswithRadixRehmanniaegroup,with8ratsineachgroup.Theblooddeficiencymodelgroupwasestablishedby subcutaneousinjectionofacetylydrazine,thebldstasismodelgroupwasestabishedbysubutaneousinjectionofepinephinandce water bath,and the Radix Rehmanniae group was gavaged with 3g/κg of Radix Rehmanniae for 14 consecutive days.At the 14th day, bloodwascolletedfromtheabdomialaorta2oursaferthelastadministrationechangesofsymptomsandsigns,blodroutinetest indicators,emorheologytisolOR),erumfreethyidmoneanddreocortiotropicormoneinachoupofatswere analyzedandcompared.Results:Comparedwiththeblooddefciencymodelgroup,theblooddeficiencyRadix Rehmaniaegroup showed body mass index increased,mean corpuscular volume(MCV) decreased P<0.05 ).Compared with the blood stasis model group, whitebloodcut)dodu)mgb)atocritnateletouni Radix Rehmanniae group increased( P<0.05) ,theredbloodcelldeformabilityindexdecreased( P<0.05 .Comparedwith theblood deficiencymodelgroupandthebloodstasis modelgroup,CORintheblooddefiencyRadixRehmaniaegroupandthebloodstasis Radix Rehmanniae group increased( P<0.05 .Conclusion:Radix Rehmanniae played different roles in blood deficiency syndrome,cold congealigandbloodstasissyndrome.RadixRehmanniaepromotedhematopoiesisinblooddeficiencysyndrome,coldcongealingand blood stasis syndrome,and promoted coagulation in cold congealing and blood stasis syndrome.
