基于《黄帝内经》“营卫理论”探讨皮肤衰老的病机及治疗策略

【摘 要】 皮肤衰老是内外因共同作用导致的皮肤组织衰退及生理功能减退的皮肤状态，其发病机制尚未完全阐明。文章基于《黄帝内经》“营卫理论”，结合皮肤衰老的特点及现代药理学研究探讨其病机及治疗策略，旨在丰富皮肤衰老病机的理论内涵，探讨新的抗衰策略。

Abstract：Skin senescence is a condition of skin tissue decline and physiological function decline caused by internal and external interaction. Its pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated. Based on the Yingwei theory of Huangdi Neijing and combined with the characteristics of skin aging， this paper discusses the pathogenesis and treatment strategy of skin aging，aiming at enriching the theoretical connotation of skin aging mechanism and exploring treatment methods of skin aging.
