癫痫患者伴发情感障碍的研究进展

[摘要]癫痫作为常见神经系统疾病，在我国具有高发病率、高致残率及高病死率的特点。50%的癫痫患者有轻度以上的情感障碍。未加干预的情感障碍可能成为患者生活质量降低甚至自杀的高危因素。本研究将从原发病癫痫及其癫痫伴发情感障碍的可能机制、危险因素、治疗方案的研究进展进行综述。

Research progress of affective disorder in patients with epilepsy

Unintervened affective disorder may be a high risk factor for patients with reduced quality of life or even suicide. This article reviews the research progress on the possible mechanism， risk factors and treatment of primary epilepsy and its associated affective disorder.
