炎症细胞因子在肿瘤微环境中的作用

摘要：炎症是机体的免疫防御反应，炎症因子的持续存在会导致慢性炎症，影响疾病的发展。肿瘤炎症微环境存在大量炎症因子，在肿瘤的不同发展阶段，发挥着不同的作用，促进肿瘤的生长、侵袭和转移。越来越多研究表明，炎症微环境与肿瘤的相互作用是双向的、动态的。本文综述了炎症微环境中几种炎症细胞因子与肿瘤的关系。

The Role of Inflammatory Cytokines in Tumor Microenvironment

Abstract：Inflammation is an immune defense response of the body. The persistence of inflammatory factors can lead to chronic inflammation and affect the development of the disease. There are a large number of inflammatory factors in the tumor inflammatory microenvironment， which play different roles in different stages of tumor development and promote tumor growth， invasion and metastasis. More and more studies have shown that the interaction between inflammatory microenvironment and tumor is bidirectional and dynamic. This article reviews the relationship between several inflammatory cytokines in the inflammatory microenvironment and tumors.
