公立A医院运用DRG对临床科室的运营管理研究

摘要：公立医院在DRG支付下从传统扩张逐步转为增质提效，要求各个科室进一步加强运营管理。本文以公立A医院为案例，采用DRG相关指标对临床科室普外科绩效数据进行分析，利用波士顿矩阵对病组进行分类细化研究，分析DRG支付下普外科成本控制的不足并提出相关建议，为医院实现可持续发展提供助力。

Research on the Operation and Management of Clinical Departments by DRG in Public A Hospital

Abstract：Under the DRG payment， public hospitals have gradually shifted from traditional expansion to quality improvement and efficiency improvement， requiring each department to further strengthen operation management. In this paper， taking a public A hospital as a case， the performance data of general surgery of clinical departments were analyzed through DRG-related indicators， uses the Boston matrix to classify and refine the patient group， analyzes the defects of general surgery cost control under DRG payment， and puts forward relevant suggestions， so as to provide help for the sustainable development of hospitals.
