Abstract:Alarge-scale biomassandcoal-firedcofiringpowergenerationprojectin Indonesiaistheconstructionand commisioningof astandalonepower plant,whichinvolvescomplexunitstart-upsequenceandload managementduring the commissioningprocess.Thispaperdiscusesindepththestrategyofunitstartupsequenceoptimizationinthisprojectincluding loadbalancing,aplicationofinteligentcontrolsystems,loadpredictionandadaptiveoptimization,etc.Throughactualcase analysisanddataprediction,theimportanceofreasonablestart-upsequenceandloadmanagementstrategiesinensuringsafeand stableoperationofthesystemisverified.Withtheintroductionofintellgentcontroltechnology,loadadjustmentandfault handlingduringthestartupprocesshavebeenfurtherptimized,improvingtheoperatingeficiencyandrlabiltyoftesystem.
