Abstract:Thispaperdesignsanautomaticdimensionmeasurementsystem forvehicle stampingpartsbasedon3Ddetection technology.First,anindepthanalysisismadeonthepartsfeaturesandmeasurementrequirements，whichdefinesthebasic systemdesignrequirements.Second,forteautomaticdimensionmeasurementsystemdesign，corrspondinghardwareandsoftware areproposed，andtheframeworkisdesigned.Then，combining3Ddetectionandimageprocesingtechnologiestorealize automaticdimensiondetectionandmeasurement.Finall，experimentsverifythesystem'saccuracyandstability.Resultsshowthe systemhashighprecisionandstability，canquicklyandacuratelymeasuresdimensions，andadaptswelltocomplex-shaped stamping parts.
