Abstract:Theploidygroupsofingermayexhibitdiferentevironmentaladaptability,buttherehasbeenlitleresearchon this aspectof ginger.Toclarifythedifferences inadaptabilitytolowntrate nitrogenamonggingerplantsofdiferentploidy at seedling stage,thispaperselectsmixoploidgingeranddiploidginger,andcarriesoutthediferenceanalysisofgrowthrelatedphysiologicalandtranscriptionalresponsesofdifferentploidygingeratseedlingstageunderlownitratenitrogenby sand culture method.Theresults show thatunder low nitrate nitrogen,the plant height,stem diameter,branch number,and weightperplantofmixedploid gingeratseedlingstageareallowerthanthoseofdiploidginger.Inadition,basedon transcriptome-based genesetenrichment analysis (GSEA)and weightedgeneco-expresion network analysis (WGCNA), thehigherexpressionofphotosyntheticrelatedgenes indiploidgingerunderlownitrogen treatmentis theinternalreasonfor its higher individualbiomass compared tomixoploid ginger.Therefore,therearediferences inlownitrogenadaptability betweenmixed ploidand diploid ginger under low nitrogentreatment,with mixoploid ginger showing poorer adaptability. This finding provides a theoretical basis for rational application of nitrogen fertilizer to diffrent ploid ginger.
