1.InstituteofSpecialAnimalandPlantSciencesofChineseAcademyofAgriculturalSciences,Changchun30ll2Cina 2.Collegeof Pharmacy and Biological Engineering/Chengdu University, Chengdu 610106,China Abstract:Salialkalilandiseseeresoueoflivatedladinhinabutsaliealalitrserouslyectsplaoth anddevelopment.Microorganismsarethemostabundantorganisms inthesoilandplayanimportantroleinsoilnutrientrecycling andtransformation,environmentalpolution purification,and maintenanceof ecosystemstabilityPlantgrowth-promoting microorganismscanincreasesoil nutrientsupply,improvesoilenvironmentalconditions,and promoteplants'absorptioand utilizationofnutrientelementsbysecretingorganicacids,planthormones,phytase,andotherpathways.Theyplayaparticularly importantroleinpromotingplant growthanddevelopment,increasingyieldandenhancingresistanceundersaline-alkalistress.In viewof this,this papersystematicallyeviews theresearchprogressonbeneficialmicroorganismsinsaline-alkalisoils fromthe perspectivesofclasificationandfunctionsofsalt-tolerantplant-promoting microogaisms,mcrobial diversityandcommunity structurecharacterstcs,screnngandidentificationmethods,aswellastheirapplicationsinsalie-alkalisoilimprovement, aiming to provide references for improvingand utilizing saline-alkali land.
