Abstract:Tdressthechallngesassociatedwithfloodontol,owergnerationoloydavigationinhetlatiof mediumandsallfloodresourcesduringthefodseasonattheFeilaiiaWaterControlroject,thissdyfirstconductedanaalyis ofthecharacteristicsofedumandsallfloods.ubsequentlyon-dimensioal(D)riverflowroutingmodelandamultijective optimaleservoiroperatiomodelweredeveloped.Basedonthesemodels,ptimalrulesforpre-dischargeoperationandrestorage operatioofmediumandsmalfoodsat theFeilaixia WaterControlProjectwereproposed.Furthermore,acomparativeanalysis was conducted toevaluate theoperationbenefitsandfloodcontrolrisksof mediumandsmallfloodsduringthefloodseasonbetweenthe preliminarydesignschemeandtheoptimizedoperationscheme.Theresults indicatethatcomparedwiththepreliminarydesign scheme,the optimized operation schemes for10 typical flood eventsachieve a total increase of 3.966 millon kW⋅h in the average flood-seasonpowergenerationperfloodevent;theoptimizedpre-dischargeoperationschemeisfullconsistentwiththefloodcotrol operatiorules,withoutmodifingtheprojet'sfloodcontroloperationules.Inaddition,thefloodcontrolriskoftheresevoiitself and the flood control protection objects in the upper and lower reaches has not increased significantly.
