Abstract:Marxistpoliticaleconomyholdsthattechnologicalchangecanpromoteemploymentfrommultipledimensions,such asincreasingthetotalemploymentvolume,improvinglaborskills,ndtransformingtherelationsofproduction.Amidthenew waveofscientificndtchnologicalrevolutionartificial intellgence (AI)asbecomeacrucialenginedriving higqualitynd fullemploymentinChina.Followingthedevelopmentpathof "technology-industry-oupation-standard",Aintegrates the technicalsupportsystem,intellgentidustrialclustes,aeeevelopmntarrers,andiskpreventionmeanssinto an organic whole.It systematicallyempowers China's employment service systemand lays asolid foundationfor meeting the people'sneedsforabetterlife.However,this process stillfaces manychallenges.These includetheemploymentdisplacement effctofAI,thedeepeningofalgorithmiccontrolcausedby"digitalTaylorism",theiskofcollsionbetweencapitalandtechnologyde toambiguousdataownership,andstructural employmentcontradictions resulting fromthelag ineducationtransformation.To addressthese isues,we mustadhere tothe"twounswervinglys"(tounswervinglyconsolidateand developthe public sectoroftheeconomy,andtounswervinglyencourage,supportandguidethedevelopmentofthenon-publicsectoroftheecono my),standardizeandgudetheealthydevelopmentofcapital,contiuetostrengtentheAindustry,protecttheowsipf
