[Abstract]Tostandardizethediagnosisandtreatmentofcommonvaginitisamongprimary-levelwomen'shealthcareproviders，the Communityand PrimaryCare Branchof the Bejing InstituteofObstetrics&.Gynecologyorganizedrelevant experts todevelop expertrecommendations forthestandardizeddiagnosisandtreatmentofcommonvaginitisinprimarycaresetings.These recommendations integratepracticalconditions atthe primarylevelandrefer torelevant medical evidencefromboth domesticand internationalsources.Itisadvisedthathenpatientspresentwith vulvovaginaldiscomfortinprimarycare，adiagnosticevaluation shouldfirst beconductedtoidentifytheunderlying cause.Forcases withadefinitivediagnosis，targetedtreatmentshould be provided basedontheetiogy.Atthesametime，patientssuspectedofvulvovaginal，vaginalandcervixmalignanttumorsexully transmiteddiseasesandgenitalfistulashouldbetimelyfound，andtimelyreferralshouldbemadetoreducetheoccurrnceof misdiagnosisandmisseddiagnosisFortosewithuncleardiagnosis，eferaltoigher-levelfaclitiesshouldbeconsideredasedon thecapacityof the primary institution，or traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）treatment may be providedaccording toTCM pattern differentiation.
