Clinicaleficacyofsitilimabcombinedwithpemetrexedandcarboplatininthetreatmentofpatientswithadvancednon-smallcll lungcancerand its influence on Tlymphocytesubsetsand vascular endothelial growth factor

【Abstract】ObjectiveToexplore thetherapeuticfectof tecombinationtherapyofsintilimab，pemetrexedandcarboplatinon advancedoalllluealfeepoebsdadoteto （VEGF）ofpatintstoprovidereferecsfoalpactice.MetdsAtotalof0patientswitdvacedNCLCadmitedtagou ChestHospitalbetweenMarch2019andFebruaryO24wereselectedaspatientsanddividedintotheconventionaltreatmentgroupandthe combinedtreatmentgoupacordngtoteandomumbertablemetodwith8Ocassinachgoup.Patientsinthecoventioalatet grouponlyreceivedpemetrexedandcarboplatincombiedchemotherapywhilepatints inthecombiationtreatmentgoupwretreated withsinilimabinaditiontotesaechmotherapyregimenBothgrousofatintscompleted8ousesoftreatment （withachcourse lasting3weeks）nderfolloduporonsferteramentededTerapeticctsmpocytesbsetlevelsdGF levelsofthetwogoupsofpatientswereevaluated.Resultsomparedwithteconventioaltreatment group，theobectiveesposate （ORR）ofpatitsintobedtreatgropseer4ndoussofteamentndteatiofspoead progression-free survival （PFS） were longer （all P<0.05 ）. After treatment， the levels of CD4+T lymphocytes and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ in both groups increased， while the levels of CD8+T lymphocytes decreased. Moreover， the improvement was better in the combined treatment group （all P<0.05 ）.Aftertreatment，the VEGFlevelsofboth groupsofpatientsdecreased，andthelevelwasevenlowerinthecombinedtreatment group （all P<0.05 ）.ConclusionForpatientswithadvancedNSCLC，thecombinationofsintilimab，pemetrexedandcarboplatinhasabeter therapeuticefect.Thisegnimproescliicaleacythoughsyeistictssuchaseglatingimuesemfuctiondblocing tumor angiogenesis.
