【Abstract】ObjectiveToobservetheefectoffasciaanalgesicdecoctioncombined with conventional western medicine inthe treatenofplataritisndtoproideaefereeforlicalpractiMetosSitypatits witptarsisdieda TraditionalChineseMedicineHospitalfromMarchO23toMarchO24wereselectedastheresearchsubjectsandrandomlydividednto acontrolgroupandanobservatiogroup，with30cases ineachgroup.Patients thecontrolgroupreceivedconventioalwestemedical treatentwileoseinhbsetiogopeetreatedithefsalgsiccotoidiiototoetioalratBot groupofpatisreaedfoeesdflloduooshreaTatictssualalole） painscores，AmericanOrthopedicFoot&AnkleSocietyAOFA）sores，andtheoccueneofdveseeactioseecomparedetwen thetwogroupsesultseoverallterapeticectofteobservationgroupaseterandtetotaleectiveatesigheal P<0.05 ThremonthseranteVpinsofhgosoftsedOFAssedtpti the observation group were better（all P<0.05 ）. There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P>0.05 ）.ConclusionThe combination ofconventional fascia analgesic decoction and western medicine forthe treatmentof plantarfascitishsadfiitethrapeuticect，ithoresgnificantpineliandetefunctioalrecoveryndgodsety.
