Abstract:A deep learning-based cooperative localization method with multi-receiver information fusion is proposed.By comprehensively utilizing the Time of Arrival(TOA),Direction of Arrival (DOA),and Received Signal Strengthinformation(RSSI) acquired by multiple receivers,this method innovatively constructs a 3D Transformer model named Trans3D-Net.Integrating the advantages of 3D convolution and 3D Transformer architecture,the proposed model can efectively capture the long-range spatiotemporal dependencies in complex propagation environments,thereby significantly improving localization accuracy and system robustess.
