SOX18表达与钙化性主动脉瓣膜疾病的相关性研究

【Abstract】ObjectiveToinvestigatetheroleofsex-determiningregionY-box18（SOX18）incalcificaorticvalvedisease（CAVD）. MethodsWecoleted7orticvalespeinsfrompaintsonderwetorticvalveeplacemntatTeFfthAfiliatedHospitalof SunYat-sen Universityetwe22andO4.AllvalvesampleswereaeedforcalcifcatiousingalizarindSstaingndtegozed into control（ n=18 ）and calcification groups[ mild（n=20） ）and severe calcification（ n=29 ）]based on the degree of valve calcification.At thetisuelevel，mmunohistohemistrywaspeforedtoeteriethexpresionlocalizationandlevelofOX18，ndthion diferenceswerecompared.ResultsSOX18-positiveexpressonwaslocaliedinthorticvalveinterstitialcels.Thecaleificationgoup exhibited significantly higher SOX18expression than the control group，withastatisticallysignificant difference（ P<0.05 ）. In patients with CAVD，elevatedSOX18expressosospositivecoelatioswitothD68ndasculandoelialgrowthfctorD.ConcusiX18 ishighlyxpresdialidoicaleiteiialcellndpiiateinalcbprooinggigesisdising inflammatory infiltration.
