Abstract：Chinesestyleforestrymodemizationisanintegralcomponentofmoderzationcharacterzedbyharmonybtwenhumanity andnature.Itscoreliesinbreakingthebinaryoppositionbetwenecologicalprotectionandeconomicdevelopment，therebyachieving theunityofecologicalonicdcialeitsdedingughtooogicalCiviltiodoudde conceptsof"negatedoteiodteaticoeaeotaisvefstsskesadd，t paperconstructesananalyticalframeworkconsistingofonegudingideologytwooreconepts-threepracticalpats".Atteelof materialfoundation，thepaperproposesconsolidatingtheecologicalbasetroughhighstandardforestlandconstructionandlarifing themultipleoutputsofforestrybelyingonthefunctionalpositionigofthe"FourRepositories"offorests.Atthevelofinstitutioal drive，itmpsepgtfooftiforeretuatititoisoti thereformofstate-ownedforesareaswiththeonstructionoftenationalparksystemtostrengthennationalstrategicgudaneAtthe levelofvaluealaton，itdvoatesingamchismforalgteaueofoloicalproductsandcologicalosation systemfeaturinggovementadersiparketperatioandcialparticipatioteebypeningtheaelforonveting"ucidwate andlushmountains"ito"invaluableasets".Theessenceofforestrymodernizationisprocssofcollborativeevolutiobetween institutioaliovatioandnewqualityproductiveforcesItrequresitegratingdiversepolicytoolswithsystematicgoveancethinking to drive acomprehensive leapin forestry fromresource management to ecological governance and value creation.
