Abstract："TwoMountains"conceptasthecorecomponentofXiJinpingThoughtonEcological Civilizationprovidesthefundamental guidance forChinese-styleforestrymodernization.GroundedintheprocessofChinese-stylemodernization，thisarticleaimsto systematicallyexplorethetheoreticalconnotations，practicalchalenges，ndimplementationpathwaysofChnese-styleforesty modernizationunder theguidanceof "TwoMountains"concept.Basedonathre-dimensional theoreticalframework encompassing systematicecologicalieeenvelopntviendpeople'svelioodndellengendtegatingpracticefrothe nationalcolectiveforesttenurereforandtypicalcasessuchasAnjinZejang，SanminginFujianandforestareasofGreatXigan MountainsinIerongoliatisaersstematallanalestheierentcompatibilittwen"Twooutais"oceptdfosty modernizationintesofvaueectiesracticalpathas，nddngmehasmsReseachingothatCineestylefortr modernizationcurrntlyfacespracticaldilemmassuchas theimbalancebetweenecologicalprotectionandindustrialdvelopment， ineficientresuesiasmndutetificdoloicaluportdiglytol synergy"practicalpathwayisproposed：consolidatingthefoundatioof"ucidwatersandlushmountains"throughcosstemgoveance， activatingthalueof"golddsierotas"thoughidustraltegatidioaionndfacilitingthoneel through nstitutionalandmechanismeforms.Furthermore，atrinitysupportsystemcomprsingtargetedpolicysafeguards，oation driventechnologicalguaranteesanddiversifiedfinancialsafeguardsisonstructedTeresearchfindingsindicate thatonlybydering tothecorepriplsof"otefistodnolpowd，doleteredaosleial conservation，ndustrialveloptdivelioodmproentbatelyieedesdyitegatestethoreticalloicd practicalexplorationof"TwoMountains"conceptextractingatioal-levelinsights throughcomparativeulticasesdies，teby providingtheoreticalreferenceandpracticalparadigmsforadvancingforestrymodemzationthatfostershamonouscoexistencebetween humans and nature.
