Abstract：Agasttheacrobackgroundofadvancingcologicalcivilatioostruction，ortwesthina，sucialoloical bareandfogicapsatianthttaleisitsgical mechanisms.Suchresearcholdssignificantteoreticalimportanceandsubstantialpracticalvalue.Thisstudyrganicallintegratedte Input-OutputmodelwiththePSR（Pressure-State-Response）modeltoconstructacomprehensivefour-dimensionalperformance evaluation frameworkforecologicalcompensation.This frameworkencompassedenvironmentalpresure，naturalconditions， environmentalpressureompesatioctiondompesatioutcoe.Thetroyeightethodwasmployedtoetenedicator weights.UsingforestlandoforthwestChinaasacasestudyteperfomaneofforestlandeologicalcompensationfromO5to02 wasevaluatedubeentlystaclgoelsldtdentiferarctorstragopesatiofce intheregion.hekefdingswereasfollws：Qnghaieibitedtebestnaturalconditionsforforestland，whileingiahad thepoorestansucdtegsteotalpsueoestndreasgieprienedteastingtede mostinforestlandcompensation，hilehaanxiivestedtheeastNingxiaachievedtheestcompensationoutcomesfororestland， whileGansuhadthepoorest.（2）ThecomprehensiveperformancescoreforforestlandecologicalcompensationinNorthwestChina increased from2.3365 in2005 to 2.4378in2022，withan increase of 4.34% ，indicating an overall upward trend.The ranking in each provincefromtheighesttothelowestwas：ShanxiQinghaiXinjiang，Gansuandingxia.（3）Obstacledegreemodelalyis identifiednaturalconditionsasteprimaryconstrainingfactorforforestlandecologicalcompensationperformanceinNorthwstChina. Thepaperproposedthefollowingolicyisightsimpementinglocaldptationndcollborativegoverancesimultaeoslyctiely developinggreenfiancetofacilitateindustrialstructureupading，ndasoablyalocatingpolicytoolsandontiuouslyroing policy implementation capabilities.
