装焊车门Y向尺寸稳定性研究及优化

摘要:针对车门Y向尺寸波动较大的问题,通过在线测量系统Perceptron对影响因素进行逐一分析,找出关键焊点位置影响、单边焊工作不匹配为关键因素。通过添加添焊钳导向机构优化关键焊点位置和通过对傀儡式单边焊的支撑块的高度调整及优化支撑面与外板贴合随行度2个方面解决车门Y向尺寸不稳定性问题。

Research and Optimization on Y-Direction Dimensional Stability of Door Welding

Abstract: In response to the problem of significant fluctuations in the Y-direction dimension of the door, this paper analyzed the influencing factors one by one by using an online measurement system Perceptron, and identified key factors such as the impact of key welding point positions and mismatched under copper welding operation. 2 optimizations were carried out: firstly, by adding a welding plier guiding mechanism to optimize the key welding spot positions; secondly, by adjusting the height of the support block for the under copper welding and optimizing the adhesion between the support surface and the outer panel, the problem of Y-direction dimensional instability of door is solved.
