硅烷薄膜前处理技术在大众集团的应用

摘要:为解决硅烷薄膜工艺在遮盖能力和附着力方面存在的不足,提出了硅烷膜重的管控方法,首先,通过优化硅烷槽循环泵的启停程序,降低膜重超标风险,其次,通过选用合适的脱脂剂有效阻止氢氧化锌在工件表面过多的积累,提升硅烷膜层与基材的附着力,从而解决了硅烷薄膜工艺电泳附着力不足的问题。

Preliminary Study on the Application of Silane Film Pretreatment Technology in Volkswagen Group

Abstract: To solve the shortcomings of silane film technology in covering ability and adhesion, this paper proposed a method to control silane film weight. Firstly, reduce the risk of excessive film weight by optimizing the start and stop procedures of the silane tank circulation pump, secondly, effectively prevent excessive accumulation of zinc hydroxide on the workpiece surface by selecting appropriate degreasing agents, to improve the adhesion between the silane film layer and the substrate, the problem of insufficient electrophoretic adhesion in the silane film process is thus solved.

汽车涂装磷化技术具有成熟稳定的优点,但其材料中含有重金属及磷酸盐等有害物质,且工艺温度要求较高,能源消耗较大,所以磷化工艺所面临的节能环保压力越来越大,近年来国内很多地区已明确限制磷化技术的使用。(剩余3760字)
