超声引导下星状神经节阻滞联合颈后肌群肌筋膜触发点灭活对颈源性头痛的影响

【Abstract】Objective To explore the efect of ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block combined with myofascial trigger point inactivationin the posteriorcervical muscle group on cervical headache.MethodsA retrospective studywasconducted on119 patients with cervical headache from July 2O19 to December 2022 in a hospital. They were divided into a control group( )and anobservation group( n =60)according to different treatment plans.Thecontrol group received ultrasound-guidedstellate ganglionblock treatment,while the observationgroup receivedacombination of neck posterior musclegroup myofascial triggerpoint inactivation treatment.Theclinical eficacy,degreeof painbeforeandafter treatment,cervicalrangeof motion,degreeof cervical dysfunction,and serum levelswere compared between the two groups.ResultsComparedwith the control group,the observation group showeda more significant decrease in the MOSPM score for medical outcome studies after treatment ( P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group showed a more significant increase inthemaximumrangeof motion for forward flexion,backwardsextension,leftandright lateral flexion, and left and right rotation( P <0.05). Compared with the control group,the observation group showed a more significant improve-ment in the degree of cervical spine dysfunction after treatment ( P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum levels of interleukin-8 (IL-8), tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF- α )and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5 -HT) in the observation group were significantly decreased after treatment ( P <0.05).Compared with the control group,the obs-ervation groupshowedbetterclinical eficacyattheendof treatment,3 months after treatment,and 6 months after treatment ( P <0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group ( P <0.05).ConclusionThe combination of ultrasound - guided stellte ganglion block and inactivationof the trigger pointsof theposteriorcervical muscleand fascia has practical value in relieving pain, improving cervical range of motion,reducing functional impairment,and improving serological indicators.
