【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the influence on vital signs，inflammation-related indicators and prognosis in patientswith sepsis aftercontinuous renal replacement therapy （CRRT） combined with hemoperfusion （HP）.MethodsAtotalof7Opatients withsepsisadmitted totheFirstAfiliated Hospital of Henan Universityof Science and Technology were selected from October 2022 to December 2024，and were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization，namely the CRRT group and CRRT + HP group，with 35 cases in each group. The CRRT group received simple CRRT，while the CRRT + HP group received CRRT with the addition of HP. The changes of vital signs [body temperature， heart rate and oxygen saturation （SpO 2 ）]，renal function indicators [uricacid （UA），serumcreatinine （sCr），bloodurea nitrogen （BUN），inflammatoryindicators[serumCreactive protein （CRP）， interleukin-6 （IL-6），procalcitonin （PCT） and tumor necrosis factor- α （TNF - α ）]， and prognosis evaluation results [acute physiology andchronic health evaluation system I （APACHEII），systemic infection-related organ failure assessment （SOFA）] were compared between the two groups of patients.Results Aftertreatment，the body temperature，heart rate，renal functionindicators，inflammatory indicators，APACHEI score and SOFA score in the two groups were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment，and the above indicators in the CRRT + HP group were significantly lower than those in the CRRT group（ P <0.05）. The （20 Sp02 increased dramaticallyin both groupscompared to before treatment，and it was significantly higher in the CRRT + HPgroup than in the CRRT group （P<0.O5）.ConclusionCRRT combined with HP demonstrates significantefectsonimproving thevital signsandrenal functionandrelieving theinflammatoryresponsein patients with sepsis，and helps to ensure a good prognosis for patients.
