Connotation Characteristics and Spatial Governance Path of Innovation Ecosystem Circles： A Case Study of Hangzhou

AbstractInnovationspaceshavebecomeakeycarierforaceleratingthedevelopmentofne-qualityproductiveforcesandanportant vehicleforbuildingurbancompetitivenessandevennationalcompetitivenessTheirspatialgovermaneis inereasinglybecoming afocusofurbanspatialatentioninthenextphase.Inrecentyears，Hangzhou hascontinuouslynurturedemerging functional formats，fostered theembryonic formof innovation ecosystem circles，and demonstrated remarkablerepresentativenesin innovation space practices.This paper analyzes theoverall layout andcompositionof Hangzhou's inovation ecosystem circles，andinitiallyproposesspatial govermancepathsforsuchecosystems.Theresearchfdingsareasfollows： （l）Centered on innovationsources，the innovation ecosystem circles systematicallorganizethe linksof"basicresearch，technological development，andindustrialapplication"，atherelevantfunctiosatmcrondmesoales，ndefetivelyimprovethelevel ofinnovation.ovatioeossteiclesinlycdethetys：owledgebsed，thologbsed，ndialbased，whichdiferispectssuchastetypeofiovatiosoures，theevatiometodofiovationlnksndteeree of govermentandmarket intervention. （3）In termsoffunctionalorganization，theycovercoreinnovation functions，related inovation funtions，generalsupportingfunctions，lvingservices，andecological functions.（4）Theinnovationecosstem cireles formagradientlayoutrelationshipinspace，requiring diferentiated guidance suchaslandusecontrol，functional organization， transformation of innovation factors， and improvement of the innovation ecology.
