两挡AMT换挡执行机构壳体可靠性研究

【摘 要】本文以两挡AMT换挡执行机构壳体为研究对象,对壳体的受力情况进行分析,并重点关注壳体易发生失效的区域,然后通过有限元仿真与振动试验相结合的方式对壳体强度进行校核,以此验证模型的可靠性,希望为执行机构壳体的最终定型节约成本和时间。

【Abstract】Taking the shell of two-speed automatic transmission shift actuator as the research object,this paper analyses the stress of the shell and focuses on the areas where the shell is prone to failure. Then,the structural strength of the shell is checked by finite element simulation method and vibration test method,which verifies the reliability of the model and saves the cost and time for the final finalizing of the shell of the actuator.
