【摘  要】针对新能源汽车高压系统频发的互锁故障,本文分析吉利帝豪EV450车型高压互锁原理,并以一个互锁故障的诊断过程为例,研究互锁故障的诊断方法,为新能源汽车后端维修技能人才提供参考。

【Abstract】In view of the frequent interlocking faults of the high-voltage system of new energy vehicles,this paper takes GeelyDihao ev450 model as an example to analyze its high-voltage interlocking principle,and takes an interlocking fault diagnosis process as an example to study the interlocking fault diagnosis method,so as to provide reference for the rear-end maintenance skilled talents of new energy vehicles.

高压互锁系统作为新能源汽车的重要组成部分,具有保障安全的重要作用,高压互锁故障可能引起整车不能上高压、不能行驶、不能充电,甚至在行车过程中的互锁故障可能直接导致动力中断,从而引发严重后果。(剩余3026字)
