【摘  要】针对新能源汽车高压系统频发的互锁故障，本文分析吉利帝豪EV450车型高压互锁原理，并以一个互锁故障的诊断过程为例，研究互锁故障的诊断方法，为新能源汽车后端维修技能人才提供参考。

【Abstract】In view of the frequent interlocking faults of the high-voltage system of new energy vehicles，this paper takes GeelyDihao ev450 model as an example to analyze its high-voltage interlocking principle，and takes an interlocking fault diagnosis process as an example to study the interlocking fault diagnosis method，so as to provide reference for the rear-end maintenance skilled talents of new energy vehicles.

高压互锁系统作为新能源汽车的重要组成部分，具有保障安全的重要作用，高压互锁故障可能引起整车不能上高压、不能行驶、不能充电，甚至在行车过程中的互锁故障可能直接导致动力中断，从而引发严重后果。（剩余3026字）
