浅谈一种低成本高效率钛纤维的制备方法

摘要:金属钛纤维多孔材料以其特殊的结构和性能,在多个工业领域有着广泛的应用。PEM电解槽成为近年来最为理想的绿氢制备方法之一,金属钛纤维毡是制备PEM电解槽气体扩散层的理想材料。但受制于成本原因,在我国规模化推广暂时受限,因此降低阳极气体扩散层的制备成本势在必行。

Abstract: Titanium fiber porous materials have been widely used in many industrial fields because of their special structure and properties. PEM-electrolytic cell has become one of the most ideal methods used for green hydrogen preparation in recent years. Titanium fiber felt is an ideal material for preparing gas diffusion layer of PEM electrolyzer. But, due to cost reasons, large-scale promotion in China is temporarily limited and it is imperative to reduce the preparation cost of anode gas diffusion layer.

钛纤维作为一种特殊的用于制备金属纤维毡的原材料,基于金属钛的特性,具备耐温、耐蚀、吸气性、低密度及高强度等良好的物理化学性能,制备而成的钛纤维毡具有高孔隙率、高渗透率、高精度和易加工等特点,因此被广泛应用在航空航天、军工、医疗和能源等领域,特别是近年来关注度较高的水电解制氢领域[1]。(剩余4716字)
