输送机链轮轴关键工序制造工艺应用研究

摘要：某型输送机链轮轴，其制造难点在于气割外形、感应淬火、矩形内花键加工等方面，根据制造工艺流程分析，对上述难点进行工艺试验研究，完成链轮轴制造加工，产品检测结果符合技术要求，为同类型结构产品的加工制造提供应用参考。

Abstract： A conveyor chain wheel shaft is difficult to manufacture in terms of gas cutting shape， induction quenching， rectangular inner spline processing， etc. Based on the analysis of the manufacturing process flow， process experiments are conducted to study the above difficulties， and the manufacturing of the chain wheel shaft is completed. The product inspection meets the technical requirements， providing application reference for the processing and manufacturing of similar structural products.

输送机链轮轴组件主要由链轮轴、花键轴、密封件及紧固件等部件组成，链轮轴是一种传动件，需配合链条使用，轴的一端为内花键，与花键轴相连，结构简单、安装方便、强度高[1]。（剩余2598字）
