窄间隙焊接工艺研究及在缸筒上的应用

摘要:主要介绍窄间隙MAG焊接系统在解决厚壁管件窄坡口焊接难题上的突破,它不仅可以将坡口宽度控制在12mm以内,节省焊接材料,控制焊接质量,还可以优化焊缝晶粒组织,使焊缝金属的强度得到改善,焊缝成形美观,提高焊缝品质。
